which medicine and lotion to give my baby got this on his leg from yesterday.

A. hello mom intially keep on applying coconut oil on it or you can even apply Lacto Calamine lotion ot will bring difference otherwise u can apply some antiseptic cream like Candid B cream or Soframycin cream or Boroline cream
