Offer fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana.
Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable.
Dried apricots, figs, dates, , raisins and prunes. Are also good source of iron.
Nuts are also a great source of iron..

Better to consume everything seasonal as that is rich in many other supplements too like calcium and vitamins etc. Good luck and take care
