Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. if the heat rash is due to sweating skin you can apply calamine lotion as well as baby powder.
give plenty of fluids to drinkc to the child to maintain hydration.
you can go for prickly heat powder application also.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. We can use calamine lotion is supposed to be really very nice in general also also you can use specifically when the issue is like heat rash and all you can apply this for 3 to 4 times during the day for better results
