ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi parent ur kid is 3 m old , bith cetaphel or sebamed are equally good for child's skin, it depend on how the child tolerates, u may apply over dorsum of tha hand , if no redness noticed within 15 min ,u may safely apply over ur child's skin

Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Good luck and take care.
