which is best milk supplement for 4 years kid mam and he doesn't eat spicy food is that ok

A. hi yes ,its ok but its better if we offer different taste dishes to her , it helps to encourage to try new food items and develop her taste buds. so ,keep your trying best. dont worry her food prefrences will change with the time just serve varierty of food dishes
