Baby skin is very tender and soft specially in the genital area where frequent urination and motion may be a increase risk factors for bacterial infection . you need to change the diaper frequently in such condition to avoid prolonged contact and friction which can cause rash .
A regular mousturisation with a petrolium jelly or a t diaper rash cream is required .
try to use disposable diapers as they are better absorbent than cloth one.
Dont fuse diapers all the time for 24 hrs. keep some diaper free interval .
