Ghee’ is a healthy source of fat and contains the all DHA..DHA has been deemed as necessary for brain development and growth. ghee is a rich source of fatty acids and vitamins like A, E, and D. Besides, it also contains vitamin K that helps calcium to be absorbed in bones.

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Cow ghee is the best ghee to give. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree, raagi porridge, pumpkin puree, mashed rice etc. Take care
