Home-made food is any way better than packaged food in fact as a mother I would never recommend you to give packaged food till the time it’s an emergency or you are travelling or something then it’s a different thing but you cannot even think that food is better than home-made food what you are giving is nutritious food you’re preparing is fresh so always opt for that not for packaged food
