ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom You can give a mix of liquid and semi solids consistency foods , you can give steamed vegetables or soups , fresh fruit juices or purée , porridge made with ragi or suji or multigrain mix, Kichidi, curds etc

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi on 7 months age , child can take lumpy ,pureed ,well Mashed food items. so ,you can prepare homemade cerelac , sheera, rab, mix veg khichdi, mix veg soup , different vegetables and fruits puree etc for your child.
