A. -Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. - fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana. -Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. -Dried apricots, figs, raisins, nuts, and prunes. Are also good source of iron.
