Renu kambleMom of a 8 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. about weight gain of my 5 yrs kid i m sharing my own expirence, i trust to give kids home made food. i cook some different dishesh like aloo paratha, tikki i will add some vegies in that so that he will eat that, n i think whatever kids want to eat we have to give them if they are happy with the meal so they can gain thier weight easyly

milk ghee the leafy vegetables and fruit like bananas or u can also give banana milkshakes to
increase his weight take care of his physical activities as well
