Which diet give my daughter she have constipation....we all tests done but that is normal..she didn’t poop 4 days after she get uncomfortable and crying we are panic that time I am giving her too much fiber also doctor gave her laxative it works but in a week she get constipated once in a week after she can done after 4 days but too much uncomfortable that time what can I do,I am so frastatic

A. We give all fruits and vegetables but cannot poop

A. oi csConstipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc
