Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you can take sinarest tablet if you are suffering from cold and take steam inhalation which will help in relieving all the symptom related to it in order to clear further doubts in this regard you can consult your doctor to get proper guidance in details along with a thorough discussion .

Sowmya MMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello actually apart from the normal paracetamol you are not supposed to take any kind of medication without the prescription of your doctor so better to take suggestion from your doctor and take the medication as a breastfeeding mother
