ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom you can give and carry idli as it’s steamed would be helpful , Makhanas , fresh fruits , steamed vegetables, or soups , some soft stuff paranthas , bread and cheese or bread and jam as well .
