ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear Mum, it is better to avoid giving any sort of commercially available packaged foods like cerelac to your 8 months old baby as they are not as healthy as homemade food. for convenience and quick cooking, you can give homemade cereal pulse premix or homemade cerelac.
