A. Hello dear parent! Both are equally good and it actually depends on your requirements. Try as much to breastfeed your baby well till one year completion. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
