A. Hello good evening !! Include fibre rich foods - Fruits,vegetables,grains,cereals ,millets ,water ,fluids in regular diet for increasing bowel movement. Regular breakfast using ragi,wheat,jowar,dalia include fruits,veggies like Papaya,pear,grapes orange,apple,banana,carrot,beet root,bottle gourd ,ridge gourd,dals.
