Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 10 m old boy3 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! You can choose to use any milk that’s available to locally and is organic. Milk is only a part of the meal. Limit it totally for around 200 to 300 ML per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids.
