Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy6 months agoA. Hai good afternoon !! Biscuits are not suggested to infants as they contain sugar,maida,processed ones ,might contain preservatives which are not safe for babies.
Only home made semi solids - Cerelac,porridges,kichdi,mashed rice with dal,curd,dalia ,sooji are suggested plain without sugar,salt,oil,honey until one year.
From one year onwards you can start family foods with less oil,spices.
