NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello it is better to avoid biscuit as it is made of maida and also contains added sugar so it is not really good and healthy option too and it is better to avoid it and give your child other healthy and nutritious food in the diet which will help in the growth of your child
