you can give anything to your child.
prefer same food and milk whatever you cook for your whole family to develop good eating habits

steelcut or rolled oats are good.
you can give it occasionally,not on daily basis.
because it contains lots of fibers ,so it can fill baby's stomach easily and lead to low appetite.
so , better to prefer homemade healthy snacks like sprouts, fruits,upma etc
