babies learn to speak monosyllables at the age between 10 to 15 months .
they start speaking small sentences at the age between 18 to 24 months.
but it is not necessary that a child must learn this in this range.
because each and every child is different so they grow at own pace.
so if a child can comprehend what you say and make eye contact while talking,no need to worry about it much.
