Q.

When to stop breastfeeding? I consulted one doctor today and she told me that it should not be continued post one year as it affects baby's health. Baby can have several deficiencies due to this. Is that true?

A. no that is not true it is recommended to breastfeed baby along with complementary foods till 2 years. this is because breast milk continues to be a good source of nutrition and helps to support adequate growth also improves immunity. in addition it builds a strong mother child Bond also offer adequate top food
