RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl9 months agoA. Tongue cleaning should be done from the beginning itself you can always use a silicon tongue cleaner after the age of 7 to 10 days of birth and now you can use toothbrush from the time when you see the child has started to have teeth it
