Q.

when to start cow's milk for babies. I've 8 month old twins. They are on BM+FM and have started solids at 6 months.

A. Hi parent as per my opinion you can give it to your child now I recommend you A2 cow milk for your child because it is good in taste and also good for child growth and development please give easily digestible food like curd rice khichdi vegetable soup and meshes etc
