prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables.
offer fruit shakes or puree.
vegetable soup and puree.
suji kheer etc

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi if your child is actually accepting meals properly then you can start after 10 to 15 days of starting with complimentary feeding to the child you have to see how comfortable your child is taking Three meals then you can definitely go ahead with that
