give home foods in soft and mashed form
continue breastfeeding on demand

my baby is 6 months old. she used to sleep well at night time now from past 3, 4 days she will wake up every one hour and half hour at night time she is not sleeping continuously once she wake up and we will take her to hands she will sleep immediately and morning time also she will not sleep more than one hour she will play well
is this the problem? should I contact any doctor
please help me with the above issue
