Once your baby turned six months old and you can start giving solids in water to your baby. In starting few days give everything in a fluids form like Dal Ka Paani, rice water, vegetable soup, fruits puree and with the time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan. Baby should take at least four meals in a day
