when to check sugar level after eating my level level after eating half and hour is 173 ... or should I test after 2 hour ... which result will be accurate

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy11 months agoA. Hai good morning !! Blood sugar levels are checked twice Fasting (without having any intake of food ) and the same day after having any food within an half an hour the levels are moniterised to know the sugar levels.
It takes 10-15 minutes to absorb food and show the affect on blood sugar levels either constant or spiking up with our food intake so its better to check within 20-30 minutes after having food than two hours.

This test is actually going to be more accurate because you’ve eaten sweet and even if you take the sugar right after an hour or so the results are mostly proper but yet if you have any confusion about it you can always take a check with your doctor and you can proceed with what they suggest
