When should cerlac be started after completion of 5 month while entering into 6 month or after 6 months

Cerelac is a complementary food. it can be started after completion of 6 months. however, initially clear liquids have to be started like dal water rice water
By 8th month, solids like. cerelac. can be started. best is to give home cooked foods like upma, ragi porridge than giving cerelac
