ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Hello,hearing is fully developed within the first month, your baby may only start to respond to sounds much later at the age of 3-4 month babies can hear and pick up on the different sounds and react by cooing, smiling,etc.
