Rajeswari DagguMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Dear parent you have mentioned that after proper feeding still there is no weight gain means have to consult your pediatrician for further examination. Before that please check whether you are feeding completely for 15mins or till the baby release the nipple completely. After completing one breast only you can change other one for feeding because starting milk is plain and after latching for sometime fatty nutrition milk comes which helps for baby weight gain. Along with feeding you should also give vitamin D drops and multivitamin drops dosage suggested by pediatrician

Anugraha SanthanamMom of a 3 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Weight gain is definitely on the lower side. Please consult the paed. I would however suggest the following to stick to breastfeeding:
1. Give more skin to skin
2. Try increasing the frequency of feeding sessions and the length of every feed.
3. Try consuming garlic milk or any other natural ingredients that boost milk supply. Keep yourself hydrated at all times.
Wish you all the best.
