Q.

when my baby breathes through nose it produces block sound. but she doesn't have cough or cold

A. yes may be block nose only .Blockage of nose is due to the common cold and flu due to season variation . Steam along with other home remedy like maintaining baby temperature will help . Nasal drop like nasovion for block . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .
