when I need to start ceralac for baby and which ceralac is best for 6 months old baby and daily how many times and what need to feed for 6 months old baby?

YOu can start semi solid and mashed foods, you can give them home made cerelac that is the best , as it is free of preservatives, artifical flavours and also sugars.
start one time a day first with a few tsps , and as baby accepts it well you can increase the quantity, variety and number of meals.
