when i can i have sex with protection after delivery...my doc had told me to have sex after 6 months...i got deliverd in feb 2021 through normal delivery.....

If you had any high risk factors or complications during pregnancy then follow according to your doctor:
But if you had no issues at all then you can start having protected intercourse as early as 8 weeks after giving birth
