Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. most of the babies will be responding to sound within first 3 days after birth if you are having any doubt you can get the hearing test done to the baby after another 3 to 4 days

Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Continue feeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
