When can i start normal milk or cows milk for my baby?

After 13 months of age you can definitely go ahead with that initially you should dilute the milk a little bit say about 20% of water in the entire milk and that’s what you should be giving to the child slowly gradually once your child is comfortable then you can reduce down the amount of water in milk
