Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! As baby is 7 months old feed semi solids twice a day and rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed.
Fruit and vegetables puriees, mashes - Mashed banana, papaya, chikoo, mango puriee, Steamed and mashed potatoes, carrot, apple, sweet potato, sooji porridge/kheer, idly ,soups,dal water.
Avoid sugar, salt, oil in baby foods use ghee, unsalted butter.
