Give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg food. Give all grains, cereal and pulses. Continue to breastfeed baby.

as per your child age you can give all regular food to your child you generally made for your other family members
please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
