POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. Whenever introducing semi solid foods in baby's diet between the age of 5-6 months, start slow with 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. You can feed lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, pear and carrot puree, ragi and sooji porridge, mixed vegetable soup, home made cerelac, etc.
