what type of food recommended during and after colitis. as my daughter 4 year 3 months old generally complain stomache before and after stools. is colitis a normal problem, what kind of care we need to take. plz suggest the food

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. you have to go for easily digestible food like rice dal khichdi curd or buttermilk apple banana and do not give any type of process food as well as packaged foods and milk products except card and buttermilk
