what type of food chart for my baby

A. all foods br started ass well as cow milk.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. Hi mom Once ur baby completes one year then u can give all that you cook for your family. Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Milk 400-500 ml in a day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc in ur baby's diet
