Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good morning!! You can feed fruit and vegetables puriees, Mashes,semi solid form or as finger foods, home made cerelac with pulses, grains ,rice/Dal/oats porridge, Idly, Ragi and other malts, rice/roti with Dal/sabji/curd ,dal kichdi.
Add ghee/cheese/Butter instead oil , avoid sugar instead use dates syrup, jaggery or rock sugar.
Feed baby natural tastes without adding Sugar.
