what to give meal for six months baby, my baby don't like formula milk she only drinks 75 to 90 ml five times a day is it enough I will give mother's milk but don't know it is enough or not

A. Hello mom give priority to your feed first and then solids last only if required you can opt for formula milk, you may start with liquid consistency foods and gradually move to semi solids and mashed foods,
