Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children3 years agoA. it is expected to clean the holes on the breast during pregnancy only after completion of 5 months but if it is not done then now also it can be done with warm wet cloth and in the beginner if the milk secretion is low then it will get increased why baby starts latching and if it is not happening then lactose granules available in the market should be taken after Consulting doctor
