What to do to prevent rashes for my 2 month old preemie babies??

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like
(rashfree / ezinapi / B4napi / zincal)
but if it is not improving then at night timez you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasingx the rash.
to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper

Wash hands often
It’s common in small baby make sure baby wear cotton loose comfortable clothes to avoid such irritation usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free
