It is completely related to hormones and the signal sent to the brain so it is very important to stay positively motivated.medicines are not of much help.if there is pain you can apply cold pjpiiress locally and take Dolo tablet which is safe.

if you have fast flow of milk , I advise to try different feeding positions.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding.
express milk with hands or breastpump like Babyhug brand breastpump before you start feeding.
