what to do in case less milk is coming in breast?

A. Hi dear mom In case u have less milk then u can have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. Also having raw papaya in ur diet helps to increase breast milk. If baby is crying because of hunger, then u can give formula milk to ur baby.
