Q.

what to do if my 10 month baby is suffering from hard stool...I can't see him in pain he cries a lot pls suggest something any medication or meal... thanks

A. Hi mom Less intake of water and fiber food is the reason for constipation. Increase the intake of water and fiber food like Papaya pear plum prunes carrot dalia etc in ur baby's diet to get relief from constipation. U can give black raisins juice empty stomach in the morning as natural laxative
