What to do for a 8 months old boy who is suffering from cold and cough as nowadays cough syrup are banned for infants?

A. A cough syrup some are bad not all of them but if you check with your doctor what is going to be the right one for you to take a doctor is going to advise you after examining the child I do agree that previously the ones which were given easily are banned so it’s better to check with the doctor
